Telephone support
Our telephone support desk is operation from 09.00 to 17.30 hours each business day allowing issues to be reported and reacted to by phone, or remotely.
Remote support
Electro Comm Digital Services Ltd will monitor your companies I.T operation 24/7. Our advanced monitoring tool will alert us of potential problems before they happen and our logistics capability allows us to intercept and take remedial action remotely when possible. The remote support function is not limited to preventative and repair measures we also include administration tasks and asset tracking registrar.
Onsite support
The contract includes 4 hours on site engineering time per calendar month. Should a non schedule response be requested Electro Comm Digital Services Ltd will provide the same or next working day response. Parts will be charged in addition (if not covered by warranty) as will labour should the number of allocated hours per month be utilised.
Web based helpdesk
Electro Comm Digital Services Ltd has a web based helpdesk which is available 24 hours a day seven days a week for customer to log calls and progress existing calls.
Monthly charge
Payment is taken monthly in advance.
